The cash wrap is composed out of old hardcovers at The Last Bookstore in Los Angeles.

(While in LA I also learned about the Portland, OR, store tradition of handing you a beer while you browse records. This is a marvelous innovation that I hope NYC picks up on soon, hint hint, Word/Greenlight/McNally.)
